Job Description


Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, the HR Coordinator provides administrative and Human Resources support and services to all employees and managers of the facility.


Day-to-day administration of attendance and FMLA processes, internal movement job bid process, I-9 administration, and HRIS system changes. Interacts daily with hourly union employees and management employees, answering questions and fulfilling requests. Flexible to fulfil requests, as needed, for additional administrative support for the location. All other duties as assigned.


Previous HR experience strongly preferred

4-degree preferred

Previous experience using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook

Able to work in a high-employee-traffic environment

Must be able to work full time and overtime as needed

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
