Account Manager / Customer Service

ACCOUNT MANAGER
Oversees a group of customer accounts on an assigned route to collect money to increase
revenue, maintain daily collection rates, and ensure customers are staying on the payment
schedule. Reports directly to the Store Manager.

Participate in online and classroom trainings tailored to your position
Develop new professional relationships with customers and help them manage
their accounts successfully
Maintain control during the collection process when customer‚ s payments become late
You may have to deliver and retrieve products to/from customers homes
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection goals
Manage the paperwork and computer documentation associated with customer
accounts
Work cooperatively as a team with all other staff members
Be persistent- like a dog digging for a bone through concrete!

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
