This is a full time position with benefits.
The Operations Associate works mostly behind the scenes and performs research to provide answers to internal and external customer questions.
They may work with customers over the phone.
They oversee creation of various account communications to customers.
They scan documents into the bank's imaging system.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Answers and provides resolutions to customer calls, both internally and externally in a timely manner, including auditors Researches issues/questions related to customer account transactions including but not limited to Deposits, Loans, Debit Cards, ACH, Wires, Phone Banking, and Holds on Funds Acts as a resource and provides support to customers for Online Banking, Remote Deposit, and Cash Management Must be able to explain various routine processes to staff and auditors Scan and index documents into the bank's Imaging System Provides support and act as backup to other Operations Associates Adheres to bank policy and government regulations Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
2 Years of office experience desired Excellent verbal communication and ability to walk a customer through step by step procedures over the phone Excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, information retention, tact and diplomacy in dealing with both customers and co-workers Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues Competence with computers, telephone, and other office equipment Energetic, detail-oriented with ability to multitask effectively Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits include:
